Mike Simone, Esq., joined the law firm as an Attorney in 2024. His practice includes Title 59 defense, personal injury and insurance defense litigation, false arrest and false imprisonment claims. In addition to litigation, Mr. Simone serves as Counsel to several Municipal Boards, including Tax Boards and Rent Boards.

Mr. Simone began his legal career in 2019 as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Peter A. Bogaard, J.S.C., in the Morris/Sussex Superior Courts, Civil Division. After clerking, Mr. Simone practiced across several fields, including insurance coverage and defense, medical malpractice, premises and construction liability, and mass tort litigation. Mr. Simone is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the State of New Jersey, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Mr. Simone graduated from Rutgers University in 2015 before going on to study law at Rutgers Law School. As an undergrad and law student, he committed himself to his local community by organizing and participating in charity events in college, and working with local entrepreneurs in Rutgers Law School’s Entrepreneurship Clinic.
