Angiola DiPopolo has been practicing Workers’ Compensation law in New Jersey for over 25 years. The first 5 years of her career, she represented petitioners in their claims against both private and public employers.  For the last 20 years, she has defended insurer carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in all stages of litigation.   As a result of representing both petitioners and respondents, she has gained a unique perspective in understanding the issues in each case and navigate those issues to bring each claim to resolution.  She has extensive experience handling cases from referral through closure, as well as handling case assessments, settlement recommendations, claims reviews, and client relations meetings.

Angiola earned her bachelor’s degree from Villanova University in 1995 and Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998.  She is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and is also admitted to the Federal Bar for the United States District of New Jersey.
